Shipping & Delivery

 The Empress Closet do not conduct meetups or cash on delivery.

We will send out your orders every Tuesday and Friday only after we have received your payments. It takes 2 to 3 working days for the delivery after we have sent out. Payment received before Monday 12pm will have their items sent out on Tuesday, and payment received before Thursday 12pm will have their items sent out on Friday. Shall Tuesday or Friday fall on a Public Holiday, the delivery will be on the next day.

For Singpost deliveries, we cannot determine the delivery time for packages sent, so the earliest would be 2-3 working days after payment acknowledgement. We will be glad to provide all customers with tracking number for their packages if they are using courier or registered deliveries.

Please note that we usually do not post out normal mails on Saturdays, Sundays, eve of public holidays, and public holidays. This is to minimise the risk of having lost mails due to the accumulation of normal mails at post offices over the weekends/holidays.

However, we highly recommend registered mail as we will not be responsible for lost mails via normal mails.

Local normal mail not applicable for parcel 2kg and above (as determined by SingPost). If your order exceeds 2kg, we will inform you accordingly.

Overseas registered airmail

Please select Bank Transfer for the payment mode & we will advise you on the total charges for delivery. After that, we may proceed with paypal payment. Kindly drop us a mail after payment is made.

We use postage services provided by SingPost, the most economical method, to mail all overseas parcels.

All overseas registered mail postage charges are calculated manually after you have submitted your orders to us. We calculate based on the EXACT weight of your order.

Typical apparels will weigh from 200g (blouse) to 500g (jeans/bags) per item depending on material. If you wish to check the exact weight of your item(s), please Email us BEFORE placing an order.

Please note that we will register ALL overseas mail by default to prevent missing packages. An additional SG$2.20 is applicable. If you wish to opt out, we will NOT be responsible for any missing parcel.

 Please note that we will use Registered Air Mail by default.

USE OF COOKIES: We use cookies placed on your computer hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser during your visit to our site and when you return to our site. For instance, when you are ready to purchase an item, a cookie allows our site to "remember" you have added the item to your shopping cart.

Returns & Replacements

Goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. However, in the event of The Empress Closet making the wrong shipment, we will be liable for the postage cost of the customers. Products must be returned unworn and unwashed.

Ordering

How to make an Order (New Customers)

• 1) Sign up to be a member. Follow the on screen instructions and your account will be approve immediately

• 2) Choose your desire items and add into the shopping cart

• 3) You can click on the 'Back' or 'Continue shopping' to continue shopping or click 'Checkout' to make payment

• 4) When you have finish shopping, click the 'Check Out' and proceed to the payment process

• 5) You can either pay by bank transfer or by PAYPAL. *Refer to Mode of Payments for detailed instructions.

• 6) Remember to verify the delivery address and select the payment mode.

• 7) Your order will be confirm when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button

• 8) Once payments have been received, your order will be process immediately

(Returning customers)

• 1) Log in to your account under My Account

• 2) Your items previously added in your shopping carts will still be in your shopping carts unless you delete them manually.

• 3) Or you can continue to shop and items added will add onto your shopping cart

• 4) Please note that the items within shopping cart does not imply a reservation of item for you. Items are only reserved upon order confirmation AND payment received. 

Mode of Payment

The Empress Closet accepts 2 payment methods:

1)    ATM Fund Transfer/ Internet Bank Transfer Payment (DBS/POSB) -

Click 'Checkout' - Edit your mailing address if necessary and click 'continue' - Select 'Bank Transfer Payment' and click 'continue' - Check all the information and click 'Confirm order' when ready.

Note:

Kindy drop us an email after you made the transfer, indicating your name, order ID numbers and the total amount of your purchase. This is to ensure us to verify the payment received and also to facilitate prompt delivery.

Note that if payments not made within 48 hours, your orders will be deleted and you will have to add the orders again.

2) Credit Card via PayPal

Click 'Checkout' - Edit your mailing address if necessary and click 'continue' 

Select 'Paypal' (including Credit Cards and Debit Cards)' and click 'continue' 

You will be directly to PAYPAL website. Login to your paypal account and check all details and click 'continue' to return to The Empress Closet to confirm your order.

Click 'Confirm Order' For PayPal payment,

The Empress Closet will be notified of your payment directly from PayPal.

Condition of use

Please read through this page carefully. The Empress Closet will promise to provide all facts about our products to our best knowledge and hence, would gladly appreciate it if you would agree to our Terms and Conditions.

The actual product might differ slightly from the displayed pictures in terms of material and colour. Please note that material and colour differences are not acceptable reasons to warrant a refund.

• Color of the acutal piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer display, lighting or other effects on the photo. No claim of refund/exchange because of such color difference.

• For all the measurements stated, please allow 2-3cm difference from your self measurements due to various ways of measuring.
